Summer twilight creates the perfect backdrop for truly special events — such as the evening opening of the Yusupov Palace on the Moika River. During a musical promenade, guests admired the sparkling splendor of the palace’s living quarters and grand halls. They heard the sounds of the harmonium and an antique mechanical organ, and learned the story of one of the most mysterious crimes of the Russian Empire — the murder of Grigori Rasputin. The evening concluded in the Yusupovs’ Home Theatre, where guests took seats once reserved for the high society of Imperial St. Petersburg and enjoyed an exquisite ballet performance.

Top managers of a leading oil engineering company immersed themselves in the very essence of St. Petersburg. They set off on a cruise aboard the largest charter yacht in the Northern Capital, passing iconic sights from the Peter and Paul Fortress to the northernmost skyscraper in the world — Lakhta Center. The splendor of the scenery was complemented by the onboard atmosphere: branded soft blankets, decorative cushions, and floral-scented diffusers. The employees of a pharmaceutical company experienced this firsthand when the legendary Hermitage opened its doors exclusively for them after official closing time. In the serene quiet of the Winter Palace — free from crowds and rush — guests wandered through its iconic halls, including the Hall of State Heraldry, the Gallery of 1812, the Raphael Loggias, and the Rembrandt, Rubens, and Van Dyck rooms, enjoying a truly personal dialogue with great works of art.

Bright and heartfelt — just like a true family celebration — one of Russia’s largest transport and logistics companies marked its 145th anniversary. We created an outdoor program for both adults and children. The highlights of the day included a fearless wakeboard show by a Russian champion and a vibrant performance by a multi-instrumentalist duo with covers of beloved hits. The venue was a marquee decorated in the company’s branding. Guests enjoyed board games and creative stations with workshops on T-shirt painting, acrylic keychains, and slime making. Between activities, they were treated to delicious salads, rolls, and tempting pastries.

Karelia

The very best Karelia offers for MICE: premium conference facilities, a vibrant historical heritage, and the beauty of unique northern nature. Guests stayed in modern cottages with terraces overlooking Lake Ladoga. The business program took place in a multifunctional hall with panoramic views of the bay. Participants explored the roots of Karelian land at the Living History Museum, featuring recreated petroglyphs and Neolithic stone labyrinths, and in an underground historical complex set inside a granite cliff on the site of a former Finnish Army bunker. They visited Valaam to discover the island’s sacred landmarks, tasted local cuisine in a restaurant overlooking a waterfall, and during a boat trip through the Ladoga skerries captured sightings of Ladoga ringed seals — found nowhere else in the world.

This very special dinner took our guests two centuries back in time, straight to the Imperial Russia. Imagine: you walk into a gorgeous candlelit room. You look at the tables and see sparkling white tablecloths, gold-rimmed china and the finest crystal glassware. Everywhere you go, you are surrounded by the sweet, fresh fragrance of flowers and beauteous uplifting music. Finally… enter the dishes! Prepared by an excellent chief, these gems of traditional Russian cuisine made the feeling of another epoch as tangible as it could be.

Task: a series of digital quests in Saint Petersburg for the employees of various companies.
We developed unique street quests filled with out-of-the-box puzzles and riddles. Professional actors in themed costumes, colorful props and exciting interactive activities immersed the guests in the story and created the most fulfilling experience. Each quest, with its intriguing plot and extraordinary tasks, was a little work of art in its own right.

We designed a special 4-day-long itinerary that allowed our quests to explore the stunning natural beauty and vibrant culture of Murmansk, the largest city above the Arctic Circle. The guests visited a shaman’s dwelling, played traditional games and took part in a dog sledding race. In the night, they observed the breathtaking Northern Lights. In the village Teriberka, the guests sailed to the open sea and witnessed its greatest attractions: the colossal whale skeleton built for the award-winning Russian film Leviathan and the eerily captivating Graveyard of Ships. During the trip, the guests discovered the charms of the Northern Russia, tried local cuisine and enjoyed the fantastic combination of spectacular Arctic wilderness and luxurious comfort.

Task: a New Year gala night for the partners of the Russian energy corporation Gazprom. What we created was a modern reimaging of a Roaring 20s party. The project took 2 weeks to prepare and joined efforts of more than 50 people. A red carpet led the guests to a 19^th-century mansion. Inside the building, retro accessories and a welcoming area with champagne and exquisite refreshments immersed them in the swinging splendor of the 20s. The night culminated in colorful fireworks and the performance of the guest star — the famous Russian singer Stas Piekha.

We invited executives of top Moscow MICE companies to discover Murmansk. The magical spirit of the North revealed itself as guests enjoyed a shaman show and cooked traditional fish soup under the rhythmic sound of tambourines. During a lecture by a local scientist, the delegation learned fascinating facts about Murmansk whales, and on a tour of the world’s first nuclear-powered icebreaker they even had the chance to speak with the ship’s captain. In distinctive local restaurants, our colleagues tasted invigorating Arctic berry infusions and signature delicacies — scallops and sea urchins — and took part in a culinary masterclass to prepare Murmansk specialties themselves.

After the business program, guests visited a jewelry manufacturer with more than a century of history. They stepped inside the production workshops to see how pieces of jewelry art are created and explored the works of the Imperial Jewelry House “Russian Gems.” To conclude the tour, guests became jewelers themselves: at a cold-enamel painting masterclass, they crafted unique souvenirs to remember their time in the Northern Capital. The day ended with a conceptual dinner — in a restaurant whose interior is inspired by Russia’s natural riches, guests enjoyed a tasting menu reflecting the country’s gastronomic geography from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka.

AgileDays FEST 2024, hosted by ScrumTrek, Russia’s leading company in the field of Agile project management, was supposed to be a grand unforgettable event for anyone who would decide to take part in it. And it truly was. We started with crafting a vibrant summer festival program, both educative and entertaining. Then we brought it to life: we equipped the venue from scratch, put together a cozy chill-out zone and, keeping Saint Petersburg’s climate in mind, found rainproof outdoor decorations. We topped it with a stylish photo zone (with a real bus!) and a variety of electrifying outdoor activities. Finally, we hired a top-class cover band to give the event a special memorable vibe.

Hand in hand with Saint Petersburg Committee for Education and Academy of Advanced Professional Education for Teachers, we designed and executed a memorable awards ceremony to complete one of the city’s most important professional contests. We directed every step of the project from preparation stage to the last minutes of the event itself. We created a unique script for the ceremony and chose charismatic presenters to bring it to life on stage. We decorated the venue. To seize all the most powerful moments of the day, we provided event photography and videography. To make the memories of the competition the most tangible, we purchased trophies and souvenirs for the finalists.

Task: a sailing regatta in the Gulf of Finland for the employees of the Sovcombank.
Is there a better way to break away from the job routine and create unique memories with your colleagues than a boat race in the beautiful Baltic Sea? The employees of the Sovcombank have found out the answer first-hand. We organized a series of sailing regattas where the guests obtained hands-on experience in yachting under the supervision of a professional instructor. The events culminated in an exquisite sea-themed buffet where the guests could share their impressions and joy with each other to reinforce the exciting bonds and forge new connections.

Task: a business conference at the golf course and a golf tournament for a leading IT company and its partners.

A golf course is not the first thing you would think of when choosing a venue for a conference but with a carefully crafted concept and skillful management, it works like magic and offers the guests a fresh perspective. For the formal side of the event, we equipped the pavilion, provided technical facilities and organized coffee breaks and buffet. The golf tournament after the business part served to reinforce professional connections with emotional bonds. We topped the program with concert and dinner. For the former, we chose the brightest performers and a charming presenter and for the latter, we developed a special menu.

Task: an incentive Jeep tour to a peninsula in the Northern Russia for the partners of the Russia’s leading IT security company.

Every minute spent in the Northern Russia in the summer is a little miracle: captivating scenery, mysterious magic of the midnight sun and fascinating northern wildlife. A trip to this land is a real fairytale and we took our guests straight into it. They conquered vast open spaces of tundra on a Jeep ride, stopped to dine on wild-caught seafood, went fishing (what a huge catch it was!) and took saunas at the edge of the Earth. All of that –with stunning views everywhere around them!

Task: a custom-made corporate tour to explore all the best attractions of Karelia.
Can you imagine a corporate tour that combines magnificent charms of wild forests and impeccable premium service? As for our guests, now they certainly can. During the trip to Karelia, they enjoyed exciting off-roading and delicious specialties served in the best restaurants. To gain a deep insight into the local culture, they took part in a traditional meal, tried baking a traditional pastry called “kalitka” and listened to folk songs sung by a native Karelian. To further extend their experience, the guests set off on a voyage in time: they took a ride on a retro train recreating the interiors of the imperial epoch and tasted traditional pies and bitters.

Task: a gala dinner in a historical interior for Sovcombank.

With this case, we have yet again proved that one of the key ingredients for a powerful event is the right venue. The striking industrial beauty and alluring historical spirit of the Brusnitsin Loft, located in a new cultural place in the historical heart of Saint Petersburg, created the special magic of the gala dinner. However, we know that to make the most of a gorgeous venue, all the other components must be perfect too. This is why we completed the event with delicious themed catering, professional sound and lighting for the concert part and first-class event photography and videography.

She has a degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication, speaks fluent English and possesses a profound experience in incentive travels and destination management.
